Information we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you provide, so that we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form — if you would like to discuss a condition, we will arrange a consultation.
Cookies we use regardless of your choice
Two cookies are necessary for the site to work and are set whether or not you accept analytics. One remembers the language you are reading in; the other records your cookie choice itself, so that we do not ask you again on every page. Neither identifies you, and neither is shared with anyone.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website.
Before you make a choice, and if you decline, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode: it records that a page was viewed, but it does not store any cookies or identifiers on your device, does not create a profile of you, and cannot recognise you across visits or across other websites. Google receives your IP address in order to deliver the request and to estimate the country or city the visit came from; it is not stored by us. Advertising identifiers are removed from these measurements.
If you accept, we additionally store analytics cookies on your device. These let us recognise a returning visit and see which pages a single visit moved through, and they enable Google's advertising features: measuring whether an enquiry followed an advertisement, building audiences for advertising, and reporting general age, gender and interest categories. We never receive your name, address or any other detail that identifies you personally from Google Analytics.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately and deletes the analytics cookies already stored on your device.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every website you visit by installing Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can control advertising personalisation in your Google account at https://myadcenter.google.com.
Why we are allowed to use your data
We use your contact details to answer the enquiry you chose to send us. We use analytics cookies and advertising signals only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
Who receives your data
Analytics data is processed on our behalf by Google LLC and may be stored and processed on servers outside Thailand, including in the United States. Google describes how it handles this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Contact form enquiries are sent to the clinic's own email account and are not shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Analytics records are retained by Google for [14] months and then deleted automatically.
A contact form enquiry exists in two places. It appears briefly in our server's activity log, which is overwritten automatically after about two weeks, and it arrives as an email in the clinic's mailbox, which we keep for 10 years so that we can follow up on your enquiry. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we delete the email; the log copy expires on its own.
How we protect your data
Access to the clinic's mailbox and to this website's administration area is restricted to authorised staff and protected by individual accounts and passwords.
How we use your data
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to improve this website, and — where you have accepted — to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for a copy of it, and withdraw a consent you have given. Contact us using the details on our contact page to make a request. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data we will update this page and the date at the top of it. If the change requires your consent, we will ask you again before it takes effect.
